Getting Back into the Rhythm

To be honest, it can get overwhelming trying to balance all the activities with your work and regular daily routines. The pressure becomes even heavier as we step into the last months of the year.

We go from Halloween to Thanksgiving and from Thanksgiving to Christmas in the blink of an eye. Before you know it, you’re asking yourself, where did all the time go? It is easy for us to stress ourselves out to the point where we break down, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  Sometimes all it takes is a little journaling and self-care to relieve the stress.

Self-care is an essential part of healthy living, and it has been medically proven to reduce anxiety, relieve stress and increase self-confidence. The question is when last did you take a break? Now that we are slowly diving into the busiest season of the year, we think it’s time for you to take a much-needed break.

The common misconception many people have when they hear ‘take a break is that they think it means cutting everything off, travelling or completely shutting down. While all those things are a part of self-care, it’s not always that serious. How do you integrate self-care into your everyday routine?

Self-Time Out

Your time out can be your evening bath time. This shouldn’t be just a regular bath time, get your vibe back with our Peace Bath Salt and Body Oil set. This promotes calmness and soothes your mind, so you can work better. Like we always say; give your world the best of you, not what is left of you.

A Personal Treat

There’s nothing better than giving yourself a personal treat, and our Rejuvenate Queen’d Box is just perfect for that! Remind yourself of the queen that you are and regain your strength as you go through the season. It contains all the essentials you need for a perfect personal time-out.

The key to maintaining your queen energy is to never let yourself get too drained. Always take at least 10 minutes in a day for you!
